Refund policy

1 Return Eligibility Criteria
Products are eligible for return if they meet ALL conditions:
Product Condition:
• Completely unused and unworn
• In original packaging with tags intact
• No signs of wear, use, or handling damage
• Not altered, modified, or customized
• No stains, odors, or marks
Timeline: 7 days from the date of delivery
2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
• Customized/Personalized products
• Sale items and final sale products
• Used or worn items
• Intimate apparel and innerwear
• Items without tags or with tampered tags
• Jewelry with missing components
• Products returned after 7-day window
• Items damaged due to customer negligence
• Bulk orders and special purchases
3 Imitation Jewelry Care and Limitations
Imitation jewelry requires special care. We are NOT responsible for:
• Water damage from exposure to moisture
• Chemical damage from perfumes, lotions, or cosmetics
• Plating wear and natural tarnishing
• Color fading or oxidation with use
• Stone loss due to normal wear
• Discoloration from sweat or humidity
• Corrosion or rust over time
4 Damaged or Wrong Products
Damaged Products: Report within 24 hours with photos. We will file a claim and offer replacement or refund.
Wrong Product: Report within 48 hours. We will send the correct item immediately and provide a return label
at our cost.
Manufacturing Defects: Report within 7 days with clear photos. We will replace or refund.
5 Return Process
Step 1: Email swathidesignerstudio8@gmail.com with order number, reason for return, and product photos.
Step 2: We review within 24-48 hours and confirm return eligibility. Approved returns receive return shipping
instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item securely in original packaging using the provided label or address.
Step 4: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment
method.
6 Return Shipping Responsibility
We Pay For: Damage, wrong items, or manufacturing defects (our errors)
Customer Pays For: General returns (unless our error). Use tracked/insured shipping. Keep your tracking
number.
7 Refund Processing Timeline
• Return shipped: 1-7 days | Received & inspection: 1-2 days | Approval: 1-2 days | Refund processing: 1-2
days | Bank processing: 3-7 business days
Total Timeline: 7-15 business days from shipment. Refunds appear in your original payment method.
8 Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Product must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and requested within 7 days.
Price Differences: Same price = no charge | Higher price = customer pays difference | Lower price = we refund

9 Cancellation Policy
Timeline: Cancel within 24 hours of order placement before processing begins for full refund.
