1 Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: 1-2 business days after order confirmation and payment verification
Festive Seasons: During major festivals and sales, processing may take 2-3 business days
Custom Orders: Customized products may take 3-5 additional business days for production
2 Delivery Timeline (Within India)
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days | Tier-2 Cities: 5-7 business days | Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Important: Timelines are calculated from shipment dispatch date and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery address and weight. All shipping charges are displayed
before checkout. No hidden charges are added after order confirmation. Shipping cost is non-refundable except
in case of order cancellation.
4 Delayed Shipments
Delays may occur due to festival seasons, courier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, incomplete
addresses, or high demand. We will attempt to contact you with updated information. For packages undelivered
after 21 days, you may request a refund or reshipment.
5 Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipment notification email with a unique tracking number. You can track your order in real-time
through the courier's tracking page. Updates will show pickup, sorting, delivery attempts, and final delivery
status.
6 Incorrect Address Handling
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Double-check your
address before finalizing your order.
Before Dispatch: Contact us within 24 hours to update the address at no additional cost.
After Dispatch: The package will be delivered to the provided address. If undelivered, it will be returned.
Reshipment charges may apply due to address errors.
7 Damaged or Lost Packages
Upon Receiving: Inspect packages immediately for visible damage. Open carefully and verify all items match
your order.
Reporting Damage: Report within 24 hours with photos of damaged packaging and products, order number,
and proof of delivery. We will respond within 48 hours.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows 'Delivered' but you haven't received the package, contact the delivery partner
first. For genuinely lost packages, we'll file a claim.
8 International Shipping
Currently, we primarily serve customers within India. International shipping to select countries may be available
on request. International shipping typically takes 10-21 business days. Customers are responsible for any
import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
