4 Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to change without notice. Price changes do not affect
orders already placed.
Payment Terms: Payment must be received before order processing. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI,
net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are encrypted and securely processed.
5 Orders and Cancellations
Order Placement: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before processing begins.
Requests must be sent to swathidesignerstudio8@gmail.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
(return option available instead).

special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in

Imitation jewelry requires careful handling. Avoid exposing jewelry to water, moisture, chemicals, and perfumes.
Do not wear while bathing, swimming, or exercising. Store in a dry place away from humidity. We are not
responsible for damage caused by improper care.
9 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically Telangana state. All disputes shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagarkurnool, Telangana.
10 Consumer Redressal
As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), you have the right to file a complaint with the District
Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Before litigation, we encourage you to contact us to resolve
